Employment Solicitor (4+ years'') - Edinburgh An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing Employment team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role offers the chance to work with a broad range of commercial clients on a varied caseload, covering both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The Role You can expect to be involved in a wide range of work, including: Day-to-day employment advice Employment aspects of corporate transactions TUPE, restructurings and redundancies Employment Tribunal and litigation matters Workplace investigations Strategic employment projects Supporting clients with evolving employment legislation There may also be opportunities to work on matters with an international or cross-border element. About You We are keen to hear from Employment Solicitors with 4+ years'' PQE, although the firm is flexible on level for the right candidate. You will ideally have experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment work, together with strong communication skills and a commercial, proactive approach.
