We''re seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Employment Solicitor to join a highly respected team in Leeds. JOB REF: 4337THE ROLE:• Advise clients on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy, restructuring, TUPE, and discrimination• Draft and review contracts of employment, service agreements, policies, COT3s, and settlement agreements• Provide employment law support on corporate transactions• Act as a trusted advisor to a wide-ranging client base, from SMEs to large public bodies• Represent clients in Employment Tribunals• Play an active role in client relationship management, business development and networking activitiesSKILLS REQUIRED:• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years experience• Passionate about delivering clear, commercial legal advice• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing their own caseload• A strong communicator, able to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike• Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in business development and growing client relationships• Advocacy experienceON OFFER:• Work within a nationally recognised law firm with a strong track record in employment law• Be part of a collaborative and highly experienced team with ..... full job details .....
