Employment Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £75,000+ (DOE) - An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a highly regarded national Employment and HR team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment work, acting primarily for corporate employers across a variety of sectors. JOB REF:4371.THE ROLE:• The role offers a strong mix of contentious and advisory work, with the opportunity to develop your profile within a nationally recognised team.• You will manage a varied employment caseload with appropriate supervision• Advising employer clients on strategic and operational employment issues• Conducting Tribunal case management, disclosure exercises and witness statement preparation• Building and maintaining strong client relationships• Supporting business development initiatives, networking events and seminars• Collaborating with colleagues across the wider national teamSKILLS REQUIRED:• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.• Strong respondent employment law experience• Experience handling Employment Tribunal matters independently• Excellent drafting, advisory and organisational skills• Commercially focused and pragmatic approach to client advice• Strong client relationship management skills• Enthusiasm for business development and networkingON OFFER:• Hybrid and flexible working arrangements• Genuine career progression opportunities• Strong learning ..... full job details .....
