The firm offers a supportive and inclusive working environment, with a strong focus on personal development, professional growth and long term career progression.The RoleThis position sits within the firm''s Corporate and Commercial Law Team, working closely alongside another specialist Employment Solicitor. The successful candidate will manage a broad and varied employment law caseload, including both advisory and contentious matters.Typical work includes:• Drafting employment contracts, policies and staff handbooks• Advising on and managing disputes, including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims• HR advisory work including disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies• Employment law support on corporate transactions, including employee due diligence and TUPE issues• Delivering employment law training to clientsCandidate Profile:The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a strong background and genuine interest in Employment Law, who enjoys working closely with clients and as part of a wider commercial team.You will demonstrate:• Well developed skills in employment contract drafting and advisory work• Experience resolving employer/employee disputes• A sound working ..... full job details .....
