Employment Solicitor, 2-5 years PQE, Leicester, £Competitive (DOE) - A leading regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor into their thriving and growing team. JOB REF:5232. • This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in employment law to work on complex cases, providing strategic advice to a diverse client base• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with at least 2 years of experience in advising both employers and employees.• Advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance matters, TUPE, redundancy, and termination issues.• Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings and negotiation meetings.• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements, and internal policies.• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.• Strong communication, negotiation, and drafting skills required• Ambition to develop further within a Tier 1 employment practice.• On offer to work within a prestigious, Tier 1-rated Employment team.• Supportive environment with clear career progression.• Competitive salary and benefits package.
