Employment Solicitor, 6+ PQE, London, £95–120,000 DOE. An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor to join a highly regarded Employment Department within a leading boutique London firm. THE ROLE
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of employment matters, acting for senior executives and corporate clients across both contentious and non-contentious work. You will take the lead on complex matters, including employment tribunal litigation, strategic HR advice, executive contracts, reorganisations, redundancies, and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
The role will also involve supporting M&A transactions and due diligence, advising on corporate policies, and providing strategic employment advice. You will have responsibility for supervising, mentoring and delegating work to junior lawyers and will be encouraged to contribute to business development, networking, and the development of the firm's Employment practice.
THE CANDIDATE
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 6+ PQE and strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment law. Ideally, you will have acted for both employers and senior employees and have experience advising on complex employment matters with minimal supervision.
You will have strong academics and high-quality training, together with excellent technical, drafting, and communication skills. A small client following would be advantageous, as would a proactive approach to business development and networking. You will be ambitious, commercially minded, and confident in developing client relationships, while also possessing the ability to supervise and support junior colleagues effectively.
