About the Role
This role is for an Employment Solicitor based in Nottingham, joining a regional law firm. The position is full-time, with a salary between £55,000 and £60,000 per annum. As the appointed solicitor, you will advise both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious matters. Your caseload will encompass employment tribunal litigation, disciplinary and grievance issues, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, redundancies, and settlement agreements. The firm seeks a qualified solicitor with around three years' post-qualification experience. This position offers a varied workload within a well-regarded legal practice, requiring a solid grounding in the full spectrum of employment law.

THE ROLE:
As the appointed Employment Solicitor, you will be advising a broad range of employers and employee clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The role will be varied and you will be providing advice across the broad remit of employment law including employment tribunal litigation, disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination and whistleblowing, redundancies and settlement agreements.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 3 years PQE in advising both contentious and non-contentious employment. Ideal Employment Solicitors will have experience of acting for both employers and employee clients.
