Employment Solicitor, 5+ years PQE, Devon / Hybrid, £60,000–£75,000 per annum (DOE), full time. This role suits a practitioner seeking progression within a Devon-based firm. You will manage a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising businesses and individuals directly. The position encourages an entrepreneurial approach, allowing you to build client relationships and develop the firm’s employment offering alongside colleagues. THE ROLE:
• You will have the freedom to bring your own ideas, develop relationships with businesses and individuals, and work alongside colleagues across the firm to create a broader employment offering.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE and a strong understanding of employment law.
• You will be commercial and client-focused, with a genuine interest in understanding clients' businesses
• Confident and personable, able to build relationships and develop a strong professional network
• Ambitious, with an appetite to grow both personally and professionally
• Entrepreneurial, willing to identify opportunities and turn ideas into action
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working with colleagues across different areas of law
