Handle cases involving unfair dismissals, discrimination, employment contracts, and wage disputes. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and tribunal hearings. Draft and review employment documents and policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and regulations. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure a cohesive approach to client cases. Participate in client meetings and legal consultations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor in the UK with at least 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law. Strong experience and focus on employee-side cases.
