Position Overview:

Due to natural expansion, our client is seeking an Employment Solicitor from-2 years - 6 years PQE within their Employment Law department. This is a hybrid opportunity along with the option for full or part time hours.


Employment Solicitor Experience to include:

• Contentious and Non-Contentious matters
• Unfair and wrongful dismissal
• Redundancy and restrictive covenants
• Discrimination
• Equal opportunities and Equal Pay Act
• Protected disclosure (whistleblowing) and data protection
• TUPE transfers
• Disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Advocacy in the Employment Tribunal
• Breach of contract
• Harassment
• Maternity and paternity matters
• Restructuring

Requirements for this Employment Solicitor are:

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 2-6 years PQE
• Excellent client-facing skills and ability to manage key client relationships
