The Role

You will join a growing and highly regarded team advising on a full range of employment matters, including:

• Employment Tribunal litigation (unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing)
• Day-to-day HR and advisory support
• Disciplinary and grievance processes
• TUPE and transactional support
• Settlement agreements and exit strategies

The role offers a high level of responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners in a genuinely collaborative environment.

The Candidate

• 1PQ+ Employment Solicitor
• Experience in employment law (respondent)
• Confident managing client relationships
• Commercial and pragmatic in approach
• Keen to develop within a specialist team
