Role: Employment Solicitor Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid We are seeking a 3-year PQE Employment Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly regarded Employment Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer looking to further develop their career in claimant employment law within a supportive and well-established practice. You will have the opportunity to manage your own varied caseload with a high degree of autonomy, working across both advisory and contentious matters. You will work closely with experienced colleagues while taking responsibility for delivering high-quality legal advice and achieving excellent outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities Manage a claimant-focused employment law caseload with a high degree of autonomy, including: Settlement agreements Unfair dismissal claims Discrimination matters Equal pay disputes Contractual issues Redundancy and TUPE advice Employment Tribunal litigation Provide clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice to clients from initial enquiry through to resolution Conduct employment litigation, including managing Employment Tribunal claims and preparing cases for hearings Draft and review key legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements and other litigation documentation Develop and implement effective case strategies, exercising sound judgement and taking ownership of ..... full job details .....
