This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified lawyer to develop their career within a collaborative and well-established practice.Working closely with partners and senior lawyers, the new hire will gain exposure to a broad mix of advisory and contentious employment work, particularly for professional and financial services clients.This will include:Advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment law mattersSupporting on grievance, disciplinary, investigation and dismissal mattersAdvising on collective employment issues such as TUPE, outsourcing, redundancies and restructuringsAssisting with employment tribunal and civil court litigationAdvising on HR processes, employment contracts, service agreements and workplace policiesRequiredUK qualified ..... full job details .....
