About Working Well Trust Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. We are recruiting for a new Service Manager role to support Upskill, Employment Hub and Kingston Supported Employment services . This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week; we will consider applications for 28 hours/4 days. What you''ll be doing You will provide collaborative and motivational leadership, ensuring our services deliver agreed outcomes while maintaining a client-led approach. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing day-to-day operations and resolving issues as they arise. Leading service planning, implementation and delivery in line with contractual requirements. Building relationships with health, employment, community and funding partners. Monitoring contractual outcomes, delivery timescales, quality standards and key performance indicators. Representing Working Well Trust at contract performance meetings. Supporting Team Leads to develop performance and quality improvement plans. Using audits, reviews and client feedback to improve service quality. Working with the Finance Manager and budget holders to support effective budget management.
