The practice has developed organically and has strong reputation which it seeks to expand further. With market-leading corporate and private client teams, the firm is looking to appoint a dedicated Employment Partner to be based in any of its UK offices, to play a key role in the continued growth and longer-term succession of the practice.This is a significant opportunity for an ambitious Employment Partner to develop and lead the national employment offering, supported by a strong regional office platform and a collaborative Head of Department who operates across both London and the regions.The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and executing the firm’s employment strategy in London, enhancing its visibility and market presence. You will be expected to drive business development initiatives, nurture existing client relationships, and capitalise on the firm’s broad client base to secure new opportunities.The role will provide you with the freedom to shape the practice, while benefiting from cross-selling referrals from the firm’s corporate and private client departments.
