Employment Solicitor - Senior Associate/Salaried Partner 6+ PQE Southampton Hybrid Working An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor with 6+ PQE to join the Employment and HR team of a highly regarded national law firm in Southampton. The role is available at Senior Associate or Salaried Partner level and offers genuine autonomy, high-quality work and the opportunity to play an important role in the continued growth of the employment practice. The Role: You will advise predominantly corporate employer clients across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including: Complex and high-value Employment Tribunal claims from inception through to final hearing Strategic employment law and HR advice Disciplinary, grievance and redundancy matters Discrimination issues Employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements Employment aspects of corporate transactions Supporting clients with wider day-to-day HR matters You will have a high level of client contact and the freedom to develop your own relationships, sector expertise and areas of specialism. There is also a strong emphasis on business development. You will be encouraged and supported to get involved in networking, seminars, client events and thought leadership, with the opportunity to build your profile and develop your own practice.
