Employment Paralegal - Legal 500Salary: 25-32,000 DOE Location: Bristol - Hybrid / Remote OVERVIEWThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Legal 500 firm in Bristol as an Employment Paralegal. The position offers a challenging and rewarding environment for professionals passionate about employment law. The purpose of the role is to run a caseload of Employment Tribunal files and support the existing Employment team with non-contentious work. RESPONSIBILITIES Managing cases of claimant tribunal litigation, and the potential to assist on respondent litigation Manage a varied and interesting case load, with high quality work including discrimination and protected disclosure cases Advising clients on potential Employment Tribunal claims Running a case load of Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting pleadings, drafting witness statements, negotiating settlements, and instructing counsel or advocates as necessary EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Knowledge of employment law and legal experience in a law firm The ability to run a caseload The ability to work to strict deadlines The ability to work as part of a team Positive attitude BENEFITS 25 days holiday, increasing with years service at the firm + bank holiday.
