Your new role You will work closely with experienced employment lawyers, supporting both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Duties will include: Assisting with a broad range of employment tribunal claims Drafting legal documents, correspondence and employment-related agreements Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries Managing client files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Supporting fee earners with case management and business development activities Liaising with clients, counsel and tribunal representatives Preparing bundles and other litigation documentation This role offers excellent exposure to complex and high-quality employment work within a supportive and high-performing team.
