Employment Officer (SkillSET) Job summary The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following staff member: Job Ref: 26-152-EO-ECI-WEB Job Role: Employment Officer (SkillSET) Location: South Eastern HSCT area, Office based: 1 Upper Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT10 0GW (with agile working options) Salary: Starting at £30,436 per annum (pro-rata) Hours: 37 hours per week (working pattern to be agreed) Contract: Temporary until August 2027 (1 year Maternity cover) The Service SkillSET supports individuals with a disability or other health conditions, aged over 16 years, to identify and secure employment. We offer specialised pre-employment training and mentoring that leads to enhanced skills and sustainable employment. The Role Responsible for the delivery of the SKillSET service directly to participants and employers leading to sustainable employment opportunities and inclusion outcomes Benefits 20 days annual leave and 12 statutory days pro rata. Annual leave entitlements increases to 25 days (pro rata) after 5 years'' service and 27 days (pro rata) after 10 years'' service. Auto enrolment Pension through Standard Life.
