Employment Litigation Solicitor Paying up to 45k Based in Manchester City Centre 5 days onsite An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Solicitor with employment litigation experience to join a busy and well-established legal team in Manchester.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their own caseload, working directly with clients and getting involved in the full life cycle of Employment Tribunal matters. You''ll be joining a supportive, fast-paced environment where quality of advice and client service are just as important as legal knowledge. The roleYou''ll manage a varied caseload of employment disputes, advising clients from the initial receipt of a Tribunal claim through to settlement or hearing. This will include:Reviewing and responding to Employment Tribunal claims and preparing appropriate pleadings and applications.Advising clients on the merits, risks and likely outcomes of their cases.Managing disclosure, preparing hearing bundles and dealing with Tribunal correspondence.Handling settlement and conciliation negotiations in line with client instructions.Identifying and working with witnesses, including preparing and finalising witness statements.Conducting preliminary advocacy at Employment Tribunal hearings, including remotely and occasionally in person.Building strong relationships with clients and providing clear, commercially focused advice throughout.Working closely with colleagues and supporting more junior members of ..... full job details .....
