Whether you''re looking for a full-time position or a four-day working week, this firm is happy to consider both, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking work-life balance.Salary to £46,000 + great employee benefitsGenerous hybrid working (40% office / 60% remote)Full-time hours or a 4-day working week available09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)Employment Legal PA Key Responsibilities:Proactive diary managementMaintain up to date knowledge and a strong understanding of fee earners'' matters to be able to provide the best level supportEstablish and maintain effective communications with both internal and external clients or contactsOnboard new clients, open new matters, and draft engagement lettersNew matter and AML checks including obtaining relevant documentationCo-ordinate administrative tasks such as travel planning / expenses, monitoring inboxes, organising meetings, time entries, mail, and researchPrepare bills (including bill narratives) Employment Legal PA Skills and Requirements:Previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience within a law firm is essentialEmployment law experience (contentious and non-contentious) would be highly advantageousExperience coordinating BD-related events or client initiatives on behalf of fee earners within a Legal PA roleHighly ..... full job details .....
