It also offers a comprehensive benefits package covering financial well-being, healthcare, lifestyle benefits and flexible working.DescriptionThe Employment Legal Director will be: Providing commercially focused employment advice to a broad range of clients Advising company owners, senior management, HR professionals and in house legal teams Advising public and private sector organisations, senior employees and executives Handling a broad range of employment matters including disciplinary issues, grievances, dismissals, redundancy and restructuring Advising on Employment Tribunal claims, including whistle-blowing and discrimination matters Drafting and reviewing employment documentation and providing practical strategic advice Working on corporate transactions, including advising on TUPE matters Assisting with employment investigations and other complex workplace issues Building and maintaining strong, long term client relationships Supervising junior lawyers, trainees and ..... full job details .....
