Employment Legal Director

This is an exciting opportunity for a Employment Legal Director to join a growing team in Leeds. You will work as part of a large national Employment law group who advise large corporate clients across the UK. Client Details The client is a international law firm with a large office in central Leeds. Their Employment team is the fastest growing group in the firm who work for major well known corporate clients. The firm promotes flexible working and offers genuine career prospects with this role. Description The Employment Legal Director will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including; Providing advice on employment law including advisory, dealing with tribunal claims and corporate support Working closely with the Partners dealing with complex claims Taking responsibility for mentoring junior lawyers Working as part if a national employment team Getting involved in events and marketing. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation Working with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery. Profile The successful Employment Legal Director should have / be; A track record dealing with respondent Employment law Likely to have a minimum of 6 years PQE An interest to work for a large commercial law firm A track record dealing with complex employment law for corporate clients Proven ability to manage juniors Strong client relationship management skills.
