      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: 57186.00-57186.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Employment Lawyer £57,186 to £60,912 Permanent Hybrid (2 days per week in office, Birmingham) We''re looking for a confident and motivated employment lawyer to join the Joint Legal Services team for West Midlands Police and Staffordshire Police. This is a growth post, reflecting the increasing demand for high-quality legal support across both forces. You''ll take ownership of a busy and varied employment law caseload, working closely with senior officers and HR colleagues. Much of the work is contentious, and you''ll often be at the heart of complex tribunal cases. There''s scope to broaden your practice into areas like police misconduct, inquests, and regulatory work if you''re interested in developing new skills.
