Based remotely across England, you will advise a varied client base on the full range of employment law matters, with office attendance required just twice per month. Description The Employment Lawyer will be: Providing practical and commercially focused employment law advice to a varied portfolio of employer clients Advising on disciplinary matters, grievances, poor performance, capability, sickness absence, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE and general HR matters Drafting bespoke employment contracts, policies, procedures and other employee documentation Delivering consultancy services including investigations, consultation processes, formal hearings and employment law training Managing a broad ..... full job details .....
