What you’ll be doing:

The role will involve:

• Providing support to an employment law fee earner
• Audio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documents including settlement agreements, contracts of employment and tribunal documents
• Managing diaries, arranging appointments and organising meetings
• Liaising with clients by telephone and email 
• Opening new files 
• Archiving files
• Preparing invoices

Who we’re looking for:

Suitable candidates will have:

• Previous, up to date experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal
• Previous experience of supporting an employment law team 
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience of using a legal case management system
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to a high level of client care
• The ability to work well as part of a team
