We''re looking for an Employment Law Product Specialist to bring their employment law knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail into a fast-moving environment where law, AI and technology come together. This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or employment law professional who is looking to move away from traditional fee-earning and into Legal Tech. The Role:This is a hands-on quality and analysis role where your employment law expertise, data-driven approach and rigorous attention to detail will help ensure our platform delivers accurate, complete, and defensible results. You''ll work closely with Product Managers and the Development Team to test platform outputs against real-world and test data, identify errors, gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases, and assess how the product performs across different scenarios. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a legal background who is interested in how AI and technology are changing the way legal work is delivered.
