The firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner-level Employment Lawyer to play a leading role in its Nottingham office. This is a strategic hire, offering the chance to manage and grow a high-quality employment practice, act for a broad mix of clients, and contribute to the firm’s continued success.Key Responsibilities

Advising employers and senior executives on all aspects of employment lawHandling complex contentious cases, including discrimination, whistleblowing and tribunal claimsDrafting and negotiating service agreements, policies, contracts and settlement agreementsAdvising on restructures, TUPE, redundancies and senior exitsDelivering training and seminars to clients on HR and employment issuesDriving business development, strengthening existing relationships and building new onesSupervising and mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team developmentThe Candidate

Senior Associate or Partner with a strong background in employment lawExperienced across both contentious and non-contentious mattersCommercially aware and confident in managing client relationshipsStrong business development track record or appetite to build a practiceLeadership skills and enthusiasm for mentoring colleaguesAmbitious, proactive and keen to make an impact at a senior levelWhat’s on Offer
