This role is ideal for someone who is committed to building a long-term career exclusively within employment law and is particularly interested in contentious matters.You will work closely with experienced solicitors on a wide range of tribunal cases, supporting clients through all stages of the litigation process.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with Employment Tribunal matters from initial instruction through to final hearingDrafting legal documents, including claim forms (ET1), responses (ET3), witness statements, and bundlesConducting legal research on employment law issuesLiaising with clients, counsel, tribunals, and other partiesPreparing case files and supporting solicitors in hearing preparationManaging deadlines and ensuring compliance with tribunal proceduresAttending tribunal hearings where appropriateAbout YouPrevious experience in employment law is desirable (tribunal experience highly advantageous)Demonstrable interest and passion for Employment Tribunal litigationA clear commitment to pursuing a career exclusively in employment lawStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure ..... full job details .....
