      <description>Location: City | Salary: 30000.00-30000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Portfolio HR and Reward are supporting a fantastic client in central Manchester, seeking an Employment Law Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.The ideal candidate will have strong employment law knowledge and be comfortable speaking with prospective clients via teams. Working Arrangement - 5 days on siteSalary - 30,000 to 31,000Working hours - 40 - across Monday to Friday, and 1 in every 4 Saturdays (10am - 2pm) Key duties of the role include;To ensure that personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law and best practice is continually updated. To achieve the standards set within the performance framework to support all BDMs generate deals by answering incoming enquiries showcasing the service with a commercial edge, without resolving the matter fully. To proactively review BDM diaries, complete TLA''s and provide guidance and support in a succinct and commercially driven manner.
