Renowned for delivering commercially focused advice to a diverse client base, the team advises national and international businesses, owner-managed companies, charities, educational institutions and senior executives on the full spectrum of employment law matters. The Role Working alongside leading Employment Partners, you will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including: Providing strategic day-to-day employment law advice to employers across a range of sectors Advising on complex disciplinary, grievance, performance management and capability issues Managing Employment Tribunal claims from inception through to final hearing Advising on redundancies, restructures, TUPE transfers and business reorganisations Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, service agreements, policies and staff handbooks Advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and business sales Advising senior executives ..... full job details .....
