Employment Associate (3- 4 years PQE )

AJ Chambers are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Employment Associate to join a dynamic and growing legal practice in the heart of London. If you are passionate about providing excellent client care, have a proven track record in private client work and are seeking a new challenge, this could be the opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Employment Tribunal claims and litigation Complex disciplinary, grievance and performance matters Senior executive exits and settlement agreements Employment contracts, policies and HR advisory work Redundancy/restructuring Workplace investigations TUPE/employment aspects of corporate transactions Advising employer clients commercially and strategically Client relationship management and business development Requirements: 3-4 years'' PQE in employment law Experience advising employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters Experience advising Senior Executive clients Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A proactive and collaborative approach to client service An interest in business development and marketing Please click APPLY or contact Chambers to find out ..... full job details .....
