Employment and Skills Manager

Role Purpose The Employment and Skills Manager will lead the development and delivery of our current and future Employment and Skills programmes, overseeing the successful delivery of the existing EFL Training Ground, Future Dons, DIVERT and Street Soccer projects. A key aspect of the role will be to support the development of the Foundation''s exciting new Health and Community Hub at the stadium, helping to shape a vibrant, inclusive space that promotes education, employability, health and wellbeing. This will include contributing to the creation of dedicated mentoring spaces and exploring the potential development of a Youth Hub in partnership with a range of stakeholders, creating new opportunities for young people and the wider community. Working collaboratively across Foundation departments and with external partners, the Employment and Skills Manager will embed a consistent Work Experience and Volunteering pathway across the organisation, expand the Foundation''s mentoring offer to schools, and develop innovative programmes that respond to local community needs while strengthening partnerships and maximising social impact.
