We''re looking for an experienced, compassionate and motivated Employment and Progression Manager to lead our Employment and Progression service. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a service that supports graduates beyond training, helping them overcome barriers, thrive in work and achieve their long-term career goals. You''ll lead a team of Employment and Progression Coaches, oversee safeguarding and graduate support, build strong employer partnerships and use data and insight to continuously improve our service. You''ll work closely with our Charity Director to develop new ideas, strengthen employer engagement and ensure every graduate receives high-quality, person-centred support. This role would suit someone with experience in employability, employment support or career progression who enjoys leading people, building partnerships and making a tangible difference.
