We are recruiting a proactive and supportive Employment Advisor to help people overcome barriers, develop confidence and move into sustainable employment. This role would suit somebody from an employability background, but we are equally interested in hearing from candidates working in recruitment, sales, customer service, social care, housing, youth work, education, retail management, hospitality or community support roles who have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people. As an Employment Advisor, you will provide tailored one-to-one support to individuals seeking employment, helping them identify opportunities, develop job-search skills and achieve positive outcomes.
