Employment Advisor Location: Liverpool City CentreSalary: £26,000 per annum, increasing to £27,500 upon successful completion of probationContract: Full-time, PermanentTrigon Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a reputable national training provider for an experienced and motivated Employment Advisor to join their team in Liverpool City Centre, supporting participants on the Restart Programme. The Restart Programme provides intensive, tailored employment support to individuals who are unemployed and referred by Jobcentre Plus. As an Employment Advisor, you will manage a caseload of participants, providing personalised one-to-one support to help them overcome barriers, build confidence and develop the skills needed to secure and sustain employment. You will work closely with each participant to understand their individual circumstances, employment aspirations and barriers to work, developing clear and achievable action plans and providing ongoing coaching and practical support throughout their journey. This is a target-driven but highly rewarding role, where success is measured not only through job starts but also through the ability to support participants into sustained employment. Key Responsibilities Caseload and Participant Management Manage an allocated caseload of unemployed participants referred through Jobcentre Plus.
