The successful candidate will manage a caseload of participants, building strong relationships and delivering a high-quality support service that empowers individuals to achieve positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage and support a caseload of participants on their journey into employment. Deliver personalised employability advice, coaching, and action plans. Identify barriers to employment and provide effective solutions and support. Motivate, encourage, and challenge participants to achieve their goals. Build strong relationships with participants, employers, and external partners. Maintain accurate records and work towards agreed performance targets.
