      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: &amp;pound;27500 - &amp;pound;28500/annum | Type: Permanent | Employment Advisor (Restart)    Manchester  £28,500  bonus    Full-time, Permanent    The Role:   We are looking for motivated and proactive Restart Employment Advisors to support people with multiple barriers back into work. In this role you will manage your own caseload, building strong relationships with customers to understand their individual challenges, strengths and goals. You’ll provide tailored advice, guidance and practical support to help them prepare for, find and sustain employment. This will include identifying skills gaps, sourcing training or work placements, and linking customers with local services or employers. You’ll play a key part in helping people move forward, develop confidence and achieve long-term change.   Duties:    Manage all contact with your caseload, meeting customers face-to-face in the centre.  Carry out detailed assessments at the first meeting to understand barriers, experience, skills and learning needs.
