Job Title: Drug and Alcohol Employment Advisor IPS Location: Surrey Community-based Contract: Part-time, Permanent - 4 days per week Salary: £26,364 per annum Role Overview: We are seeking an IPS Employment Specialist and delivery the IPS journey to a reduced caseload of clients, working alongside the drug and alcohol treatment service. Establishing and maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. As the Senior you will lead a small team of Employment Specialists and be an able leader, communicator, passionate about getting it right and transforming individual lives through sustainable solutions through the process. Please note: this is a community based role covering multiple sites, therefore a full UK drivers license and access to own vehicle is required. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of clients experiencing mental health challenges, supporting them to access, obtain and sustain competitive employment through the evidence-based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. Work collaboratively with clients to identify their skills, strengths, aspirations and employment goals, completing Vocational Profiles and developing tailored action plans. Provide personalised employment support, including job searching, CV writing, completing application forms, interview preparation and ongoing in-work support.
