You will work across the employment programmes within the service, supporting a varied caseload of residents to secure and progress in employment. Reporting to the Employability and Progression Manager, you will manage and support a caseload into employment by providing high-quality information and guidance. You will conduct initial assessments to produce tailored action plans, maintain regular meaningful contact with beneficiaries, and conduct regular reviews of agreed actions.
