I''m currently hiring for an Employee Relations Advisor for a growing business in North Nottingham. You will provide essential support across various employee relations issues and play a key role in fostering a positive work environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Support and coach managers in fulfilling their people management responsibilities.
- Provide guidance on company policies, employment legislation, and handle ER cases including disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Manage employee relations caseloads and assist in organizational changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR/ER roles, handling complex ER cases.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, including GDPR.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a varied workload.
