      <description>Location: Preston | Salary: &amp;pound;27500 - &amp;pound;29270/annum | Type: Permanent | Employment Advisor    Preston    £29,270 (25 Days Holiday  Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme)    Full-time, Permanent    The Role:   We’re looking for motivated, compassionate Employment Advisors to join a Restart programme team in Preston. This is a highly rewarding role where you’ll work closely with individuals facing multiple barriers to employment, supporting them to rebuild confidence, develop skills and move into sustainable work.  You’ll take a hands-on, person?centred approach, building trusting relationships and providing practical, tailored support that helps people move forward at their own pace – while keeping a clear focus on positive employment outcomes.   Key Responsibilities    Manage a diverse caseload, providing one-to-one, face?to?face support from our centre.  Complete thorough initial assessments to understand each individual’s work history, skills, aspirations and challenges.
