Employment Advisor Manchester Up to £29,000 Full Time, Permanent The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Employment Advisor to support young people aged 18-24 into employment through a government-funded employability programme. This rewarding role involves providing tailored employment support, helping individuals overcome barriers to work, and guiding them towards sustainable employment opportunities. Working with a range of stakeholders including employers, training providers and referral partners, you will deliver high-quality support that improves outcomes for participants and helps them build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workplace. The role involves:Delivering one-to-one and group employability support, including assessments, inductions and employability workshops.Supporting individuals to overcome barriers to employment, education and training through personalised action plans.Assisting customers with CV writing, job applications, interview preparation and job search activities.Building and maintaining positive relationships with employers, referral partners, training providers and external agencies.Monitoring progress and providing ongoing support through face-to-face meetings, telephone, email and text communication.Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring compliance with organisational procedures, safeguarding requirements and data protection regulations.Supporting customers to access training and development ..... full job details .....
