Employment Adviser

Full time, 35 hours pw Closing 13/08/ at 9am Are you a proactive, highly organised and empathetic individual with a proven record of managing a caseload and achieving individual set targets for engagement, training and employment outcome? Do you have experience of supporting colleagues to achieve overall project outcomes, including a strong track record in successfully supporting people into sustainable employment? If so, St Giles is looking for an Employment Adviser to join our team anddeliver casework, employability support and build the foundation for skills and aspirations. Central to our ethos is our belief that people with first-hand experience of successfully overcoming issues such as an offending background, homelessness, addictions and gang involvement, hold the key to positive change in others. About this key role Our successful candidate will hold and support a caseload of clients, some of whom are facing various forms of adversity, to overcome barriers, increase employability and progress into meaningful and sustainable Education, Training and Employment. You will support the promotion of the project internally and externally to support the achievement of project targets for engagement and progression onto training, employment and other outcomes.
