Employer''s Agent Residential DevelopmentLocation: South East LondonSalary: £65,000 £85,000 + BenefitsHybrid / Flexible WorkingThis is an opportunity to join a market-leading property and construction consultancy with an excellent reputation in residential development, working on some genuinely substantial housing and regeneration projects across London and the South East.The business has an established Employer''s Agent and Project Management team acting for Housing Associations, Local Authorities and other residential clients across new-build affordable housing, S106 developments, land-led schemes, mixed-tenure development and major regeneration programmes.The workload is significant and varied.ProjectsCurrent and recent projects within the team include:A major residential regeneration programme valued at over £100m, delivered in phases across five residential blocks under a Development Agreement.A circa £60m mixed-use development comprising three blocks, delivered through a partnership between a Local Authority and private developer.A circa £50m regeneration project, providing Employer''s Agent and Clerk of Works services and monitoring quality, programme and budget.A circa £20m affordable housing development comprising shared ownership and affordable rented homes.Multiple residential developments across London and the South East in the £10m £20m range, including mixed-tenure schemes of 250+ homes.They are now looking for an experienced Employer''s Agent to join the ..... full job details .....
