The Role. To assist with the management of apprenticeship recruitment, T-level reviews, employer partnerships, and programme delivery to ensure high apprentice achievement, excellent employer satisfaction, and strong compliance with apprenticeship and T-Level funding rules and college requirements. You will be a key link between employers, students and delivery teams, ensuring employers receive a high quality service. Key responsibilities. Act as the main point of contact for employers, apprentices, and delivery teams. Build, maintain, and strengthen employer partnerships to support recruitment, programme delivery, and progression opportunities. Promote Business Development activity and wider College apprenticeship provision to employers. Maintain regular communication with employers to ensure satisfaction and high-quality delivery.
