Employer Engagement Consultant

Location: Greater Manchester Salary: Circa £32,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Recruited UK are supporting a leading employment and skills organisation with the recruitment of an Employer Engagement Consultant to support a programme helping young people aged gain valuable work experience and move into sustainable employment. The role will focus on building relationships with employers, generating vacancies and matching candidates to suitable employment opportunities. The Role As an Employer Engagement Consultant, you will take a proactive approach to developing employer relationships and creating new employment opportunities for candidates. Your responsibilities will include: Developing new employer relationships and generating vacancies. Identifying and pursuing new business and employer engagement opportunities. Building strong relationships with employers, stakeholders and partner organisations. Attending employer meetings, networking events and stakeholder events. Understanding employers'' recruitment and workforce development requirements. Sourcing suitable vacancies and matching candidates to opportunities. Using direct sales and reverse marketing techniques to generate opportunities. Arranging interviews and coordinating recruitment activity. Working closely with candidates and Employment Advisors throughout the recruitment process. Gathering employer feedback following candidate submissions and interviews.
