KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title: Employer Engagement Consultant - EmployabilityLocation: Leicestershire (Centre and Field Based)Salary: up to 31,500 Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + Much More!Type: Full Time, PermanentKM have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and engaging individual, who is looking to support the wider community and lower unemployment rates.Experience of working within the Welfare to Work / Employability sector, in an Employer Engagement / recruitment role, OR outside of the Employability sector in hands-on Recruitment.The Role:To identify and engage with local employers, via cold calling, and attending events such as job fairs and networking to source employment opportunities for a caseload of unemployed individuals.Create and deliver IAG / Employability sessions to unemployed individuals to include; CV writing, interview preparation, confidence building etc.Work towards and achieve targets and KPI''s.Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards.Essential Criteria:Proven experience working in an employer engagement or recruitment role (experience within the Employability or Welfare-to-Work sector is desirable but not essential).Demonstrable track record of achieving targets and KPIs, particularly in relation to placing individuals into employment.Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build ..... full job details .....
