This role supports the UK Government’s Youth Guarantee, which provides fully funded, six-month paid job opportunities for long-term unemployed young people aged 18–21. The programme aims to support young people into sustained employment where previous interventions have not been successful. As an Employer Engagement Consultant, you will work closely with employers to generate inclusive job opportunities, promote employment and training services, and deliver end-to-end recruitment activity.
