The successful candidate will work closely with students, employers, training providers, and external partners to deliver high-quality careers education and alternative provision programmes.The RoleDeliver engaging careers education and employability sessions.Support students in identifying and achieving their career aspirations.Develop and maintain relationships with local employers, training providers, and community partners.Coordinate work experience, employer encounters, and vocational opportunities.Support students accessing alternative provision programmes.Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.Contribute to the development of individual learning and progression plans.RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.Experience ..... full job details .....
